In China, telling truth has forbidden and go to jail. Only can say what CCP want. Zhang Zhan is freed from prison in China after 4 years for reporting on Covid-19

This phenomenon is especially severe in young people in China. Four years ago, when this veteran reported the COVID-19 outbreak and the current situation, Chinese youth collectively sold her on the Internet as a fake reporter who was bought by lies and shord numbers, and the more she cursed, the more comedy it was dismissed as a true Chinese patriotic youth.

This phenomenon is now getting worse, and the Chinese Communist Party’s brainwashing education, agitation, and media control are seeing tangible effects.

Perhaps the Chinese Communist Party will make more efforts to educate the Chinese people, and Chinese youth will not be able to distinguish between fanatical agitation and patriotism in the future.

Behind them, I see the face of the Communist Party with a satisfied black smile.

Chinese citizen journalist Zhang Zhan was released from prison after serving four years for charges related to reporting on the Covid-19 outbreak in Wuhan.

Xi still has no idea who spoil China’s Economy.

In early 2020, the initial COVID outbreak devastated the city of Wuhan, home to 11 million residents, in central China’s Hubei province. Under a 76-day lockdown, its streets were deserted for months, apart from ambulances and security personnel.

At that time, a small number of citizen journalists tried to tell their stories and those of others with smart phones and social media accounts, defying the Communist Party’s tightly policed monopoly on information. Although their movement was small, the scale was unprecedented in any previous major disease outbreak or disaster in China.

The deadly blaze erupted at the hospital’s inpatient department Tuesday afternoon at the Changfeng Hospital in the heart of Beijing, less than seven miles away from Tiananmen Square.

Initial media reports about the fire were scant. The official Xinhua News Agency and the Beijing Daily didn’t publish articles until late Tuesday evening, several hours after the blaze had been extinguished. Footage of the fire was also censored on social media at first.

The death toll was confirmed Wednesday afternoon at a press briefing held by Beijing local government officials. Initial investigations suggested the incident was caused by construction work, as police detained a dozen people — including the head of the hospital.

China’s formidable Great Firewall, which blocks access to all sorts of Web services and perceived threats to the country’s people, was the victim of a glitch on Wednesday that saw hundreds of millions of Chinese Web users attempting to access allowed sites being redirected to the home page of Dynamic Internet Technology (DIT), a company that sells technology allowing Chinese citizens to get around the firewall.

Although state-run media outlets have said that the glitch was a successful hack, people apparently familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday that no hacking attempts were identified, making those sources wonder whether simple human error caused the issue when modifications were made to the firewall.

The hole gave many Chinese citizens their first glimpse into the outside digital world. For years, China has been blocking Web sites, including DIT’s, for a myriad reasons, including alleged threats to its government structure and a desire to limit comments on certain topics.

The Chinese-language Mingpao newspaper reported that the publications were sent from Britain to Hong Kong and were several copies of illustrated children’s books in a series that portrayed Hongkongers during the 2019 unrest as sheep trying to defend their village from wolves, an apparent reference to the mainland Chinese authorities.

The pair have been released on bail but must report to police next month, Mingpao quoted police as saying on Wednesday.

The books were ruled by a court as seditious in a high-profile trial in 2022, in which five speech therapists were jailed for 19 months for “conspiring to publish, distribute and display three books with seditious intent”.

Police warned parents at the time to destroy the books because they were “too radical and instilled in children the ideas to confront and oppose the government”.
